Yes, We do put measures in place to reduce the mess made. Tarpaulin sheets are put down on the ground to catch any falling moss. We advise contacting your neighbors and letting them know about the work being carried out. There may be small amount of moss that fall on there garden property. We always check and tidy any mess made in neighboring gardens. We also make sure the occupier of the neighboring property’s are happy before we leave

Yes, this is quoted after the roof cleaning has been completed as we have a better understanding of what needs done after the moss is removed

Soft washing is a low pressure cleaning process commonly used to safely treat and remove organic matter: mildew, bacteria, algae, fungus, moss, lichens in addition to dirt, grime and spiderwebs. Soft washing originated as an alternative to power washing where high pressure can cause damages

Yes when carried out properly. Our Soft wash solution contains a small amount of sodium hypochlorite amongst other cleaning products. It can harm plants but by pre rinsing / soaking  all plantation, covering areas in tarpaulin sheets, hovering up any run off with our wet/dry vacuum, placing sand down to soak up any run off. We have multiple measures we can put in place to make it completely safe.

No, both have there uses. Pressure washing uses highly pressurized water to forcefully remove any dirt or grime from the surface that it comes into contact with. This is is very effective, but it does pose some risk of damage to your property. Soft washing forgoes much of that pressurization in favor of chemicals.
