What method do you use for roof cleaning?
We offer a steam cleaning service, we use super heated water up to 140 degress celcius and Softwashing Service, we manulally remove the moss with scrapper blades then apply a softwash solotion to kill the black algae and restore colour. Both services are finished with a biocide treatmeant

Unfortunately there is not an answer to this question as there is to many variables, the cost depends of the size of the roof, how much moss, tile type, location, service type. We generally need to view the roof to give a quote
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes! we offer a minimum of 3 years that no moss will return to your roof. This is because of the biocide application that we apply at the end which kills all organic growth and slows down the process of it regrowing.

We work of roof ladders mainly on very very rare occcasions we may need scaffold or MEWP

No, We have currently cleaned over 650 roof since we have been in business and can happily say we have caused any major damage to any roofs. I have broken a few tiles over the years but these were reported to the property owners and replaced at my expense
